Language is the key to work, friends and independence. Besides your integration course, you can practise for free at the library, language cafés and with a language buddy.
Finding help and contact
You are not on your own. VluchtelingenWerk, social work and your municipality help with letters, appointments and problems. Asking for help is normal and free.
Taking part in your neighbourhood
Taking part helps you practise the language, meet people and feel at home. Think of volunteer work, the community centre, sports clubs and activities for and by residents.
